NEW COMMITTEE STRUCTURE AND TEAM LEADERS/MEMBERS
Due to our implementation of the club leadership plan our team leader and committee structure has a somewhat different look than in years past. Club Administration and Public Relations gain added prominence and that is reflected by the way they are listed here. Some leadership roles have been regrouped or moved under different headings. Note how Community, International and Vocational Service all fall under the heading of Service Projects. The Leadership Plan is intended to make club management more fluid and allow us to be more sharply focused on projects and fund-raising efforts. The Leadership Plan is not an absolute template for club organization, as each club is expected to have its own variances based on its size and the nature of its projects and activities. That being said, the committee matrix provided below can be viewed as somewhat of a work in progress that we can amend and adjust as we move forward with our efforts to make the Leadership Plan work for our organization – Joe Hoshaw
